Hailing from South Africa, Werner is an effects veteran with almost 30 years of film experience as a sculptor and designer. After majoring in Fine Arts and Puppeteering in South Africa, Werner started work in the film industry there before coming to Canada in 2005. Werner spent 8 years working at Mastersfx as art director and being one of the lead artists there, he had the unique opportunity to design and create many of their projects. Having spent numerous years working in the city for various other FX houses and film productions, Werner finally decided to start AMAZING APE PRODUCTIONS in 2015.
